I like to call our food transient comfort. The menu is a forever evolving mosh pit of baked goods and comfort foods that we love to eat, cook, and serve.
With a complete focus on baking, all of our Quiches, Small Savory Pies, and Sweet Pies, and everything else for that matter is made from scratch with fresh ingredients.

Although our pot pies and quiche taste great via microwave reheat, we highly recommend that you reheat them in a conventional oven. We suggest around 400°F for around 10 minutes for individual slices of quiche and the small savory pies. 20 minutes for whole quiche and the larger, pies for 2.
By doing this you release the cold butter in the dough, restoring the crust to a flaky, not soggy consistency. For best food handling practices, the internal temperature for any reheated food should be 165°F.
Chef Tip: If your crust is getting too dark during conventional oven reheat, tent the item with aluminum foil to defuse direct heat.
