We could use premade doughs and fillings for our baked goods, but to us, that's not really baking.
We make all of the components of our baked goods ourselves, here in-house. We even laminate our croissant and danish doughs in order to offer you the freshe most authentic European-styled baked goods you can get locally.
The first time I had good sourdough I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area. The French restaurant I worked at in the heart of wine country had it delivered up from the city. Like so many other foods I was exposed to in that area, the bread was just incredible. With thick, chewy crust and an airy crumb, it was the perfect combination of flavor and texture. At Elevate Bake Shop, we offer you our version of the bread I came to love so much. Come get a taste of San Francisco right here at our little bakeshop.
